Other Services (the long list)

I don’t claim to be a ‘jack-of-all-trades’, I like to stick to what I’m good at. However, I have now built a team of trusted and experienced, specialist trades people which allows me to offer a wider range of services.The complete package if you wish.


These include:

  • Tiling; from floor to ceiling (or less...if that’s what you want)
  • Plastering;from floor to ceiling (or less...if that’s what you want)
  • Electrics; socket replacements, electric under-floor matting or complete re-wiring. Take your pick.
  • Carpentry; from hanging doors to stud walls
  • Decorating; from wall to ceiling (or less...if that’s what you want)
  • Gas Services; I use Gas Safe Engineers to carry out boiler installations and servicing, gas appliance installation and landlord certificates
  • Oil Services; I use OFTEC Engineers to carry out all of the above. But in oil.

While I trust these people to come in and do a great job; I still remain responsible for managing their role as part of the overall project.
